- Welcoming and guiding visitors
- Handing out access badges to pass security checks.
- Accompany and remain available to visitors during their visit and provide assistance if needed;
- Also be able to answer questions if necessary.
- Guiding groups to hotels, restaurants and other premises of the EU institutions, and occasionally to transport terminals if necessary.
- Various administrative and other support tasks necessary for the smooth running of the centres (e.g. photocopying, coding, sending e-mails, surveys, evaluation forms).

Wij vragen
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German
- Knowledge of another official language of an EU Member State is preferred
