Are you ready to take charge of global projects? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Project Engineer to join our team and lead the execution of diverse, high-impact projects worldwide.

In this role, you’ll be the key player in overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track in terms of scope, timeline, and budget. You’ll actively manage key milestones, report progress to leadership, and tackle challenges head-on to keep everything running smoothly.

Your focus will be on ensuring projects align with both internal and external quality standards, always setting high expectations for success. You will also contribute to refining and streamlining our engineering methodologies for greater efficiency.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—Sales, Design, Purchasing, R&D, and Operations—you’ll bring customer-centric projects to life while ensuring feasibility and excellence in execution.

  • A proven track record in Project Engineering within a technical environment, ideally with stage-gate process experience.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills for overseeing large-scale engineering projects.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, ensuring the project stays on scope.
  • A deep passion for technology, customer satisfaction, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (bonus points for additional languages!).
  • A Master’s degree in (Electro)Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (over 30% of your time) to support customer needs on-site.
